Social events
Social events, including the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet, are organized by the official travel agency (link). These events are included for participants who reserve accommodation at the conference hotel through the official agency. Additional information and group benefits are available.
Participants who are not staying at the conference hotel or who made reservations through other channels and wish to attend the social events should contact the official conference agency (link) to purchase tickets.
